Information use

Product descriptions, documentation summaries, and category notes are provided for commercial planning. They do not replace current instructions for use, formal quotations, regulatory submissions, clinical judgment, or facility purchasing policies.

Inquiry handling

Submitting a form authorizes the team to review the request, respond by email or phone, and ask for additional details such as product family, catalog number, care setting, destination country, and document type.

Availability and substitutions

Catalog availability, lead time, and substitute recommendations are subject to review. Any clinical substitution must be approved by the responsible clinician or facility committee before use.

Documentation limits

Regulatory, quality, IFU, UDI, or sterile packaging references may change. Buyers should rely on current documents delivered for the specific product and lot scope rather than cached website text.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false procurement information, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content for misleading resale claims. We may decline requests that are incomplete, non-commercial, or outside supported markets.
